PlayStation Consoles - Supplier tracks serial numbers on all consoles. Defective return window is 30 days from original invoice date. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing (and any other included items). Reseller will be billed for missing parts. Software and accessories are non-returnable. You must contact the manufacturer.
