PlayStation Returns - Defective return window is 30 days from original invoice date.
Supplier tracks serial numbers on all consoles. All console returns must include console, controller, software, AV cable and power cord original box and packing (and any other included items). Reseller will be billed for missing parts.
Software, Games, and accessories are non-returnable. You must contact the manufacturer.
